The Senior Experiential Producer's primary responsibility is to oversee and develop comprehensive budgets, timelines, staffing, and operational plans to deliver immersive brand experiences. They are responsible for bringing unique creative concepts to life within budget constraints by nurturing relationships with vendor partners, internal creative teams, and account teams. This role reports directly to the agency VP of Production.

They provide unique production solutions through resourcefulness, creativity, and effective collaboration. Demonstrated expertise in working with outside vendors, fabricators, technology partners, and more is mandatory. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
A. Project Planning & Management
Provide initial budget estimates, operational considerations, timelines, and scope parameters during concepting phase.
Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed timelines that drive client, program management, and creative deadlines.
Create, manage, and reconcile budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
Lead and manage a dynamic team of producers, fostering collaboration, skill development, and successful project outcomes.
Source and manage multiple vendor partners including but not limited to fabricators, staffing partners, content development agencies, and freight carriers.
Source support contractors as projects require.
Manage and develop training materials as well as supportive visual aids as needed.
Oversee event installation, vendor staff, run of shows, and field teams as needed.
B. Communication & Reporting
Support X-FCTR account, creative, and production teams with timely and effective communication.
Ability to independently lead client calls and effectively convey the agency's perspective to clients.
Proactively alert management and supervisors to critical issues, including timeline convergence, budget oversights, and fabrication deadline concerns before they become problematic.
Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure production output aligns with the creative vision sold to the client.
Effectively negotiate with vendor partners to ensure they meet expectations and deliver their scope of work.
C. Administrative
Adhere to X-FCTR policies and procedures outlined in the X-FCTR Employee Handbook.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all internal and external communications, including email and voicemail correspondence.
Safeguard all content and collateral on agency servers.
Respect meeting and conference call start times by being punctual and prepared.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, and other software applications essential for event planning and execution.
ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
Significant expertise in live event logistics and management, mobile marketing, stage production, sound, lighting, security, talent coordination, and creative elements.
Advanced knowledge of industry vendor partners and production techniques to support the fabrication of mobile display elements.
Eagerness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and embrace growth opportunities.
Willingness to take on responsibilities or duties outside the formal role to support the success of other team members and the agency as needed.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Seven or more years of experience in an experiential marketing industry, with a preference for agency experience.
B.A. degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field.
LOCATION (TIME ZONE)
Must work 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
Fully remote position, required to work during regular business hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Flexibility to accommodate agency hours, which may include occasional work beyond standard hours, weekends, and additional schedule adjustments as needed.
Travel may be required on a program-by-program basis.
COMPENSATION
Full-time position (40+ hours per week) with employee benefits.
Salary commensurate with experience.
