As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to improve our online visibility, support our sales and marketing efforts, and increase leads coming from social media.

**Social Media Manager Tasks and Responsibilities**
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define critical social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of social media campaigns
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

**Social Media Manager Requirements and Qualifications**
3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with executing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Independent and able to meet deadlines
A proven track record
